Work with mats. Floor looks like a tile, get down fresnel ior. Walls - strange bump. Сeiling moldings - plastic. Do not be afraid to adjust the eye mat balls in editor, they looks similar rendered. Up quality to 30- 50 in corona settings.

already on it, almost done. It was just try - all sets are default. Now i'm trying to finalize it.

Also you can make sun size bigger, and put down his. It will make sun light on floor softer. :)

Very good! But try to use a different light setup. Materials looks good. Especially like the second picture

I would make sure you have your diffuse map plugged into translucency slot as well when it comes to material of those plants. Right now it looks like you have enabled translucency, but translucency color is left at default ;)

Add one render from new project.
