ITALIAN DESIGN TRIBUTE PART II (CGI)

Hi guys,
Continue with the series of Italian Design Tribute, this is the 2nd part where I complete the design and stylish of the scene.

Inspired from Italian Furniture Brands and the work of Lorenzo Pennati and Bruno Tarsia, I decided to create this interior to showcase all the pieces of furniture I love and aim for a cinematic filming look.

This project is a fun experiment in term of Art Direction, Lighting and Composition.
A little making of is here :
Full project is here : https://www.behance.net/gallery/97298847/Italian-Design-Tribute-Part-II-with-MAKING-OF

Have a nice day !

Hi guys,
Happy New Year 2018 !
Wish you a year full of energy and inspirations.

So to warm up the year and prepare for my first Coronator course of 2018, I did this personal project ( actually revising a scene I did back in 2016 ), a scandinavian loft
The original design can be found here : https://www.houzz.se/projects/2040117/laederfabriken

All the renderings  were pretty much straight out of Frame Buffer, thanks to built-in post tool of Corona

I had chance to test the new Hair and SSS shaders come with Corona 1.7 and I really like the quality and realism, I just hope it can be rendered faster and work better with Hair and Fur in term of UV map

Anyway, check it out and I hope you like it :) Animation is coming soon as well
Cheers !

Hi guys,

This is an interesting commercial project that we at 4pixos started at the beginning of 2017.
Visualization of 5 forest villas in the heritage village of Assagao, North Goa

Beautiful tropical forest and great fun playing with Itoo Forest Pack.
Get ready for an animation ;)

Gallery / Scandinavi 02 ( UPDATING )
« on: 2017-03-18, 04:05:48 »
Hi guys,
Long time busy with commercial projects which sometimes can be tired and stress.
I guess it's time to share something more fun, a personal project that i've been doing for a few months, on and off and will be updated soon.

I was fascinated by the white neutral lighting that we often see in some Scandinavi interiors, especially after I looked at Alexander White website : http://alexanderwhite.se/
So I decided to recreate one space to test the lighting and achieve the look/feel of those beautiful interiors.

This project started when I was doing Coronator Course #02, the first intention was to do a project along with my students to inspire them to do their homeworks :) Modeling and populating assets took 1,5 days. Lighting and materials took 2 more days.

So here is the first set of renders. Most of them come straight out from CoronaVFB, which is amazing to me at that time.

UPDATE.. soon :)

Hi guys,
It's a long time i haven't had chance to post here.
This time will be for introducing some artworks of my students in my CORONATOR course ( English version )

So i started providing online course for English-speaking people since September last year.
Details of the course can be seen here : http://jobs.ronenbekerman.com/archviz-training-corona-renderer-4pixos/

Til now 2 courses are finished and we are at the middle of course #03
It was great fun making friends and coaching for students from many different countries.

If you want to join, I have few slots left for course #04, which will begin in 2 weeks :)

The first student's work i want to share here is from Alexander Darby at http://www.visoo.co.za/
He is one of my very first student. Come from Johannesburg, South Africa, he had to wake up at 4AM to join the course due to different timezone.
He was really hard-working and keen on his learning. He chose a restaturant by Steven Leung for his final project in the course with dark ambient and stunning interior design.
Great lighting, colors and attention to details and shaders in a beautiful set of renders. You can check out his WIP thread here : https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php/topic,13756.msg88575.html#msg88575

Work in Progress/Tests / Percy Lane
« on: 2016-11-30, 05:09:46 »
Hi guys,

I'm starting my new project called Percy Lane Housing

Here is the first WIP

All comments are welcome !

* I just noticed that Corona can do multiple region renders at the same time. And you can even change, resize or add more region while you are rendering !!
This can save a lot of time doing region renders. And a clever idea from my student is that you can use this to clean excesive noise areas before denoising !

*** UPDATES :
So my inspiration for this project seems not ended yet :) Here are some new rendering that I did at the begining of this week. Hello November !

Full project, you can find on my Behance : https://www.behance.net/gallery/44607911/House-SPISpado-Architects-(-UPDATING-)

Small vid. Hope you enjoy it. Don't forget your headphone ;)

Hi guys,

Been a long time and here is my latest work ( not my latest but this one was started one year ago and recently I try to finish it )

Inspired by a real house by Spado Architects, which you can see on this Archdaily article : http://www.archdaily.com/598211/house-spi-spado-architects

Lot of Forest Pack objects and pretty heavy on my machine but i really had fun doing this project, everyday I find something new ( I've restarted this project from first Corona 1.5 daily build and see
a lot of improvements and great stuffs while using this new version : bloom, glare, LUTs, lightmix, filmic.. and ofcourse the great interactive rendering )

Feeling really motivated.. until today. I lost my inspiration and I guess it's time to close this project.

I will not call this finished as I may visit this scene sometimes in the future, who knows :)

So here are some of the final renderings.
Hope you like them :)

Gallery / Lan's Restaurant
« on: 2015-11-05, 18:10:45 »
Hi Everyone,
This is my very first post here.
I want to share with you our recent project, a small Vietnamese restaurant in Berlin, Germany.
This is the restaurant of my old friend. She asked me to help her design a restaurant that remind people of Hoi An, which is a very famous yet traditional place in our country.
We decided to use Corona for the first time in a commercial project. And it turned out great, more than we expected. Corona did a great job bringing small details and realism to the scene.
I couldn't be more happier using this nice, friendly render engine.
As always, Comments and Critiques are welcome.
Project Name : Lan's Restaurant
Location : Berlin
Designed and Visualized by 4pixos Studio
3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Photoshop CC
