Carbon fiber Black Coated (Free lib). For more convincing result it's necessary Anisotropy Rotation in UV space. Pro tempore it is impossible... :(

Siger, did you unwrap the shader ball model? Your UVW mapping is much better than what Grant is using on his (can't show certain materials like brick, tile, etc properly). I tried editing the UVWs on my version but haven't been successful (I'm also not entirely familiar with unwrapping UVWs). Was also thinking of just remodeling the ball from scratch but haven't had the time.

My shaderball modeled (poly) from scratch (design based on Grants shaderball - I think it's currently best design for shaderball). Also it's manually unwrapped.
P. S. I have permissions from Grant :)

Polished concrete floor test (CMPPmax materials).

As you know, there are 4 levels of concrete polishing (with several variations)  - Level 1 - 4.
  • Level 1 - Floor has little if any reflectivity.
  • Level 2 - From a distance, floor will start to reflect images from the side.
  • Level 3 - Floor starts to shine, but has a slightly fuzzy appearance.
  • Level 4 - The floor is very shiny and looks wet from a distance.
And also very much influences type of final exposure (full, random, nil exposure, warehouse, burnished finish...), seal...

Level 1

Level 2

Level 3

Level 4

One of the most "capricious" material - Candy (Tricoat) Carpaint (CMPPmax).
Wine Red over Black

Wine Red over Blue

Teal over Black

Proper mapping required - used bitmap (normal map for fake aluminium flakes simulation).

Many thanks to all in the beta program. To tell the truth, even I didn't hope for such flow of requests.
The necessary quantity of testers is selected and registration of new candidates at this stage is finished.
