Would you mind to rename the GDrive folder "Weekly" to something like "Corona Weekly"?
This would really help to keep things organized if we integrate the folder in our own GDrive shelves.

Edit: There's actually a corona scene converter on the devs roadmap. So probably no need to update this one. :(

Currently not. I planned to wait fot final release. Expect in around somewhere in summer.
This includes an OSX version of course. :)

Hi,

it's not that easy, even the way it is right now. When converting,  the tool has to consider not only textures, but shaders of certain types that must be analyzed and brought into the correct context.
So no, the advantage of reverse conversion is too little, it wouldn't defy the effort if implementing such functionality...

Thanks very much for the update. I will test it out properly over the next few weeks.
I'm still having issues with the alpha channel. The alpha is inverted! (please see the previous message).  Is anyone else having issues?

There's indeed an issue with alpha on Vray materials. Unfortunately, Corona is missing an "Invert" checkbox. I'm afraid you'll have to wait for it to be implemented. :(

Btw, I forgot to implement bumpmap-conversion for Vray materials. :D
Update will follow tonight, including support for rounded edges-shader.

Hi Ales, is it possible to get a hot fix for the material preview ball mapping? That seems to be the only major issue I'm experiencing. You said something about the daily builds, do we need to apply directly for this? Really loving corona, thanks for all your hard work on it.

If you are willing to report bugs frequently and leave continously leave valuable feedback, then yes - you should probably apply for dailies. ;)

A quick heads up:
Vray support is now almost almost complete. The last thing I'm going to add is environment conversion.
After that's done (and probably the documentation), I'll release an update - hopefully until end of the week. :)

Don't want to be a pain in the ****, but can I ask..... you think it would be available before the new year? :D

The converter won't be donationware. Chances are good that there will be an update before 2016 as the core features are implemented yet.

+1 Great job with the scene converter, really appreciate your hard work.  I would love the hear how it is coming along, and when the latest version will be released with Vray support.

Hi. Thanks for those kind words. Due to the current lack of sparetime and the recent summer, things take a bit longer than expected. The next version will definitely come with Vray-Support.
I'm currently adding support for R17 & GI portals and additional stuff. So no e.t.a. yet, sorry.

I'll update this thread accordingly whenever I release an update. :)
