When I use Corona 9 seems that the Bloom and Glare continue to turn off by itself when I hit START on VFB o external render.....anyone found a solution?

Hello, on the attached video you can see what happen if I run the Corona image editor and I close it without do nothing.
I segmentation fault crash appears.
This happen with corona 9 and previously release on OSX.

I got mail from chaos corona about new “price upgrade”.
I don’t want make flame, I need to make an important question:
I primary use two corona licenses on a iMac and an MacBook Pro.
Usually I like to do fresh OS installation when a new one come out (Catalina, bigsur, etc).
How does node locked system works? It uses only hardware configuration or a mix of software and hardware?

Usually I use the Corona Sky or multiple Corona SKY for HDR and background image plate...
When I use the DOF feature, Corona doesn't know where the sky is, I mean the distance, so the background become fully out of focus...
Difference from Cinema4D SKY that doesn't become blurry due to the "infinity" position...
It's possibile to have this feature on Corona Render?

Hi Guys, I'm continuing to research about M1 intensive task render. Today I'm rendering a very big scene on my M1 Pro Max 64GB of ram via team render, here you can see how Corona is getting from my processors...
Cinema4D is getting around 35GB of memory (hided on the panel) so the scene is not simple to render...
Anyone experienced on M1 this kind of l percentage of total processor? around 70%....?
With simple scene Corona Render is getting around 90% of processor speed....see the screenshots differences...

[C4D] General Discussion / Cosmos latest update broken itself

Today the Cosmos Browser alerted me about an update.... I hit update and after installation the app has been hanged into cinema4d with the "quitting application" balloon...
After relaunched Cinema4D the Cosmos shows a black window and it doesn't works...my God!
I unsistalled the app with terminal app stored into the ChaosGroup Folder (app without icon...) and re-installed by the Corona Render installer...How does is possibile to release this kind of bad upgrade?

I recently bought a MacBook Pro M1 with top performance config.
I tried to make some (CPU) stress test with my iMac i9 10K.
With a simple cinebench the performance are the same, around 13.000 cinebench points. Very good! So happy.
But with Corona Render 8 the performance are different, I noticed that the iMac i9 uses the 98% of the processor instead of M1 that uses only 75-80% during render. And make the M1 a little bit slower. (With corona render engine)
With the cinebench internal render engine on both computers I see 98% of power but corona seems doesn’t uses all M1 cores and doesn’t reach the 98%.
Why?

Dear at Corona Render staff, I'm on Corona Render from release 5 and I love it for speed and stability...and quality.
We have two licenses on my CGI studio installed on two Macs (1 iMac i9 and 1 Mac book pro i7 with Cinema4D R25)
No issue until now...rearely crashes, but usually a great stability...
We got many crashes per day after installed Corona Render 8 and hot fix 1 too. During the starting rendering we got crashes every time. Happens on both Mac...and with all scene.
If I render the same files on a PC...nothing happen and the render starts without problem...
Any tip and tricks?

Hello,
Some Tree objects fro Cosmos has this kind of "strange" shader on leaves...take a look to the attached picture...
I would like to know how to "collect" the asset and unlink it from Cosmos...due to this internal shader the save project with assets doesn't works and all leaves become empty...very annoying...
With other assets all is fine by hit "save project with assets" and all will be converted on texture + Vrmesh....
