[C4D] General Discussion / Trial version do not work - links to a webpage that do not load, any solution?

We are having a problem here. Trying to get the trial version to work but - "Activate Trial" links to a webpage that "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue" (or its variation in other browsers. Chrome, Mozilla, Safari - it just does not work. Any solution to this?

I jsut got an email, out of nowhere, 1 day before my billing date about the price of my subscription went from EUR 24 To EUR 59 - this is really crazy, I do not need premium I do not need extra licenses, I am occasional user who was already spending 24 EUR a month on something I am using just from time to time but more than doubling the price is really not cool, especially in current economy and situation. I knew that Corona being bought by Chaos is a bad thing, but I didn't await something so crazy. This will just make all the hobby / occasional users end their subscriptions.  What was the point really?

Since Apple introduced the new m1 chip and  ppl are reporting that the performance in many graphic / video apps is amazing, I am curious what about Corona, is there any benchmark yet?

Hello guys, these two upholstery materials are a huge trend now, but I can not find any good materials or way how to simulate them - I am a noob haha. I guess displacement may work for the boucle?  Any help is welcome.  Thank you.

Hello guys,

I am an absolute noob so do not look at the modeling etc here (yep, the lamp is partially in the wall haha) It is just a quick visualization of a reconstruction of my apartment I made to see how it will look.  But then I started to play with it a little more, to finally learn some new skills about interior renders - but some things I am absolutely unable to find a solution for.  There are black lines around the whole ceilings - like if the ceiling does not connect to walls, but it dies. Also above windows, there a bit too dark areas - how to solve this?  Thank you for any help.
