Crash beach balls and hangs...

Hi Forum,

Over the last two days I have had a few crashes were after the crash it just beach balls and does not create a bug report file so I can't retrieve my lost work 😭. Any idea why this is happening or how I can at least get a bug report file to retrieve work? John 🙏

I am not sure what you mean by it "just beach balls"? Some more information would be good, such as what you were doing when it crashed, whether there was an error message, whether it always crashes whenever you do that, whether it's just one scene, the scene itself, at very least a screengrab of the kind of scene you are working on, whether there are third party tools in use, and so on.
