Sorry, I am not 100% sure what you mean - do you mean the Tone Mapping settings? The LightMix settings? Both? I am also not sure if you mean you open Scene A, the most recent save, then the VFB is at default, but if you open Scene A an earlier save then the VFB settings you need are still there (if so, I would save the settings, tone mapping and/or lightmix separately, from the earlier scene, then load them back in to the most recent save and then save again).
And as always - which version of Corona, which version of Max?
