Hello,
I just watched the viewportselection video (https://youtu.be/WpZMzklGvwk). In the video it is SAID that a cutout is rendered. But you can SEE how only the selection (camouflage) is re-rendered. Everything else remains in the VFB. Does this work the way you see it in the video?
When I select viewportselection in C4D (R21, Mac OS 10.15.7, Corona 7 Hotfix 2) only the selection is rendered, but the rest is black. What do I have to do to make this work as shown in the video? I am afraid it will not work :-(

Hi there,


If you want to use the "Viewport selection" rendering mode as you saw it on the video, you should disable the "Clear VFB inbetween renders" option in the Frame Buffer tab. (see attached image)
