This looks more like UV unwrapping issue rather than displacement problem. Unplug the texture from displacement and plug it into diffuse - likely the issue will still be visible.

that UV I did not fixed..... I thought may be fix in other way....!

Not sure if i understood you correctly, but if UVs are bad, then there's no other way to fix the issue - you need to fix UVs first.

Thanks. You were right, it was Uv issue.
I thought may be any other quick way to fix without UV... but UV done and fixed.
