yep, still waiting for some news. it looks pretty promising and would fit c4d perfectly.
at least a little info IF its still in development or not would be much appreciated. :)

I understand that development of software is not a click button deal. but I wonder if this API is being develop as Student side gig? or as a real time framed development?
As much as we all love free stuff maybe if you charge a small amount for Max plugin and Cinema plug in you can finance a more consistent developing time.  Is not right to work for free, others rendering software are charging with even less features that the one's Corona has now.
Cinema 4D is a pretty decent user base to be considered.
 In the middle I just wait patiently I guess.

I agree about monetising the plugin development in order to get a decent programmer on it full time. I have no problem with paying for corona and then a separate fee for the host app plugin if we can guarentee a quality plugin that gets updated quickly, and it should help take the pressure off you guys making the magic.

At the very least just open up a donation account on paypal or what not so we can fuel the project with cash and then in return get updates would be enough too.

But the best would be pre-purchasing or something!
