Hi all .I'm starting build a room/house ,and try test render with simple shaders.

Indeed, some detailing on that area would probably make it look a little more beliveable.

A reflection + glossiness map + bump map on that wood would go a long way. Try to introduce fairly contrast BW maps for those slots, could work out :)

I'd try with a different lighting or lower reflection glossiness. Right now it looks too "wet".
