I would try with:
-a good model (you need all the wrinkles to make it look good)
-anisotropic reflection (low glossiness and very high anisotropy values)
-some transparency (tick "thin (no refraction)" and use refraction level)

Organza is an interesting material, because it has this kind of... two-way anisotropy thing. What you can do is create two identical materials with very strong reflection anisotropy, and then blend them together in a blend material @ 50 % opacity. You'll also need some diffuse, translucency and transparency, but it does seem to work. The attached image is mostly a proof-of-concept.

Is that material setup object wrapped in cloth available anywhere? I'd like a copy of it, if possible.
