Wow, I really like this. The level of detail is amazing - subtle noise, mirror-like surfaces of underwater parts. Did you use a photo reference?

Apples have a small amount of water particles that are somewhat circular with good will, by far - the rest are oval, odd shaped, Offset into the base mesh ( real life ).

Your scene:
Particles are all spheres which bears no marks of displacement on final renders. ( generic look with missing random/odd shaped particles. )
No offsets of individual particles from surface in either banks ( tiny,small,medium,large)

There is a waterline break in the right that hurts my eye as there is no curvature from the tension between apple and water. It may be there / or is not visible, but visually it caught my attention, especially paired with the Saw like shaped figure that made me think it was a nasty unwrap artifact, highly doubt it however.

Else nice.
Looks like a fun project.
