Hey, thanks! Render times are about hour or hour and half for 4800x2000 resolution on 2 machines(28threads) few images are PT+PT some are HD.
Setup is same as if you want to take photo of real car, one big soft box above(in this case plane with translucency) and few lights above so it is easier to define hot spots and prevent overexposure, with additional lighting to accentuate details etc. some of them are hard shadow barn door type lights, beauty umbrella and some soft boxes.
Background is concave and very dark, there is bright lights illuminating it to give that bright spot above car and some additional reflections.
Everything else is "sealed" as if would be draped with black curtains in real life. inside the studio.
Camera settings ranging from: Lens 85mm to 135mm, f-stop 6.3 to 11, exposure is 125 and iso 100.

Wow so this is all corona lights i thought you used HDRi lighting, can you post a screen grab so i have a better understanding of the light set-up?
