Hi
I have a big problem when I want to render a higher image than 5000pix large.
Last was that night with a 5500*3500pix that I've launched yesterday and this morning is was always the "rendering initial pass".
The memory used was 10512Mo and I couldn't stop the render, just shutdown the computer.

My computer is a HPZ600with 12Go RAM, 2 intel proc 2.40Ghz on Windows 7.
Corona version is AlphaV5.
Is there anyone which have the same problem, because I have finished this professional project and have to post my renders to my customer !
Thanks a lot for the help
Roland

in VFB tab, set internal resolution to 1. That will partially help

Any displace map too much detailed or large? Or any very complex proxy scattering?
My Ducati or a render with Corona.....mmm, hard question!

Thanks Alessandro for these details: anyway there is no displace map and no proxy in this scene, only a hair&fur carpet.
@keymaster : it seems that a "light" version of the scene (some hide furniture like sofa, chairs) is rendering correctly. The initial pass is almost done with a 6000pix large render ! What is this "internal resolution" at what is it corresponding ?

it is by default 2, which effectively doubles the resolution. It is necessary for antialiasing of light edges
