400 square feet may not seem like a lot, but that's reckoning without the ingenuity of Swedish design. Thanks to a simple but very smart floor plan, this diminutive Swedish apartment makes living small look positively luxurious.

It's located in Stockholm and recently sold by brokerage firm Husman Hagberg.

Fair & Fur Crashes for me 1.7 HF 2.  MAX 2013.. :(  Even moving Corona Sun cause a Max Crash in 2013 when you try to move it in IR.. and this issue is there from a very long time. :(

Do you have some non-standard letter in your Windows username? (e.g. Cyrillic, or from a different alphabet)

Nope I dont have non-standard letter's in username..

Edit: 1.7 Hot Fix 3.. have same issue..
Edit 2: Hair & Fur works with 1.6 HF 3
