The building is designed in a modernist style, the architectural composition is dominated by concise, simple geometric shapes, forming a single-storey building volume with a flat roof. This is done in such a way as to organise a closed, private courtyard space in the form of a circle. The main rooms of the villa, with panoramic energy-efficient glazing, are oriented towards the courtyard: the kitchen/dining room, the living room and the two bedrooms.
A shaded canopy with barbecue area is integrated into the overall volume of the building and is an integral part of the architectural composition.

Hi guys,

The project is completely finished, even managed to make an additional couple of atmospheric shots.
The project used Corona render 6, with its excellent function of changing the influence of the sun on the sky.

Exterior finishes inside the courtyard are stainless steel rippling water, BOWIE METAL TECHNOLOGY
and concrete outside. It turned out an interesting game of chiaroscuro
