[Max] Feature Requests / Re: Aerial Perspective for HDRIs

Gonna check it out. Thank you

YI wish Corona was more open minded to GPU, CPU doesn't seem to be going anywhere for a long while in the better performance department.

This. I've been so tempted to jump into the FStorm boat just because of the GPU thing. Don't get me wrong, I prefer Corona, but getting new CPU nodes is so pricy.

Will this affect the HDRI or just the geometry?

Would it be possible to make aerial perspective to work with HDRIs?

It could only affect the appearance of the 3D objects and not the HDRI itself, since HDRIs already have this effect backed in .

It means it can't be updated via the "reload" option once some changes are done to the original proxy, right?

We created a proxy that needs to be used in different scenes from the same project. Our intended workflow is to make further modifications to the original asset, re-export it as a proxy and then re-load it on the other scenes. However, we haven't been able to load it with materials in the new scenes. Any idea why this is happening?

Is it possible to use the new aerial perspective implementation with and HDRI instead of corona sun+Sky?

Edge Trim, Clustering and the most important one: scattering on displaced geometry

It's exasperatingly slow!!!

I talked about this in another thread but nothing has been fixed yet.

I would like to take this opportunity to once again ask our favorite developers for a separate thinfilm shader, and a layered shading system so that we don’t have to invent such non-standard approaches, Ondra, please! :D

My opinion - better to make one eye dropper and warm/cold + magenta/green in a one place, like it works in photoshop.

Unfortunately it is too complicated and doesn't work for me =(

I fully agree.
Recently made a proposal on how I think white balance and eye droppers should work inside Corona:

Yes , I am from Colombia living in the Czech Republic for over 4 years!

Pm a message and we can talk about the component if you are really interested

Best regards

Just did.

Thanks guys, splines and Ornatrix, one for the main threads, separately for the fluffy ones.

I really would like to be able to scale and overlap the patterns a little bit, so as not to have such problems when joining together chaotic patterns like this.
Ondra, is it possible to implement or they must be strictly separated, each in its own square?

Looks awesome!

Would you mind sharing your scene? I'd love to try it out.
