Title: texture Map for Corona Light in 3DsMax
Post by: MalekAlChebli on 2022-05-19, 05:51:54
I hope this feature could be added like Max's default lights where we can put a texture Map for the light whatever it was.
or this option could be added in the Corona render frame buffer at least for the time being (gradients, fall-offs, and then other maps ahead) while rendering this would be a great jump ahead instead of stopping the render and going back to 3dsMax and applying the light texture Map and then start rendering again.

in this step, this would be a realtime rendering issue resolve.

Sorry, I do not understand this feature request. Can you please explain what exactly it would do and what would be a typical use case for this?

You can already create textured lights in Corona for 3ds Max (it works with both Corona lights and native 3ds Max lights).
