unsubscribe blocked half of the time?

is it correct that half of the time of a monthly subscription you're blocked from unsubscribing?

on chaos group it says :
" Need to make changes? You can do so 30 days before renewal for yearly plans, and 14 days for monthly ones. "

so for a monthly plan you can only unsubscribe in the first half of the period and after that it is not possible anymore?

so you need to think of it and not miss the window for unsubscribing, otherwise you get charged another month?

For questions regarding licensing, you'd have to submit a ticket via https://support.chaos.com/requests/new, as the team dealing with licensing won't see questions here on the forum.

in the past, as far as i know you could unsubscribe from corona on the last day.
with chaos the unsubscribe button only works the first half of the month,
then unsubscribing is not possible anymore and after 2 weeks the subscription gets renewed
if you forget to unsubscribe in the following 2 weeks the story repeats.
