what is this error about? and how to fix this?

Under what circumstances do you get that message, ie what were you doing at the time, what was the workflow leading up to that, and what were you doing it in? Which host software, which version of Corona?

It looks like it could be message from Corona image editor, isn't?

The message is shown either when an error occurred when saving the CXR file and then tried to resume the render, or when opening the file in the CIE. Unfortunately, AFAIK there is no easy fix for that, since the error occurred at saving the file. The solution would be to re-render the image. Regards.

when i press the render button i got this error message like everytime.. and using cr5

any solution?

Which host software? Can you upload a scene where this happens? This sounds more like the cases mentioned earlier, loading a scene into the CIE, or doing resume render from file (as before rendering, there is no rendered image :) ). A video grab (see OBS, it's free) could be useful here too.
