Yeah, we used AI on workflow:
To generate the reference first, then we did all in 3d, for final we use AI to improve some elements on scene. Elements that take too much time to fet good result in 3D ;)
But 100% its 3D just  "powered by AI"

As a thought, did you upscale the people before running AI on them? AI does not do well where faces and people are small in the image, and ensuring what you pass to it is at least 512 or 1024 (assuming SD vs SDXL) will help. That being for each extracted person. So basically, extract people separately, upscale them, run AI to improve them, downscale and paste back into original image?

I didn't do it, but the way you said it really should be better! Thanks for the tip. I was having difficulty improving people, when selecting them they had very low resolution and the AI ​​didn't understand what should be done. I'll test it this way next time. Thanks
