i think good.

because your render is too dark, try with exposure compensation at 1 and highlight burn at 1.4

Does changing values in Postprocessing tab affect stuff like antialiasing, sampling? If yes, then what happens when I change these values DURING rendering?

the core always uses the values from beginning of the render. But it is used only to correct max sample intensity.

Ok, I played with this scene. With A4 and pos = 70 the splotches remain.
I don't have any "debugging" option to see how to solve the HD cache problem in the ceiling.
Next, there are some strange red pixels under the teapot.
The "black" pixels or the "very dark noise" near the base on the chrome teapot are present by the too hight contrast in Post-production rollout.

Res: 1920x1400 = 30 min at 170 pass

I solved the HD cache problem. But, after 8 hours at 4000 px, there are a lot of noise in the teapot, some bad antialiasing and strange red pixels.

Yes. I reset the Corona setting (change from scaneline to Corna) change prm PT+PT to PT+HD, change some HD parameters and click render. During the render I changed some Post production parameters. That's all. In attachment the scene

ok, but changing the renderer does not reset the settings, right?

Keymaster, no, you wrong :)
If you change from Corona to Scanline and than go again in Corona, the Corona settings are reset.
I used this tips for years with VRay =)

Really weird red pixels appear only in this light model, with other variants I could not find them!
Corona - the best rendering solution!

Is the strange red colour gone when you delete the red teapot?
