1 company from USA stole  the picture of my wife.
They use this picture like a print on their products - t-shirts, cups and etc.

i mean this art - https://www.behance.net/gallery/2976953/Cat-Pilot
the company that stole the picture - https://www.aviatorszone.com/collections/general-aviation/products/flying-cat?variant=35641642124

We wrote to them and they answered - we will speak with our team and just blocked us  on their facebook group.
We found a lot of photos with  people  and this t-shirts.
And they used   this picture like a template for other animals -  just changed face to other animals - https://www.aviatorszone.com/search?type=product&q=animal

Any suggestion?
We found that this site  uses shopify platform for sale. So one solution is  write the letter to this platform and they can stop it, but looks like  only  with a cat template. With other animals template (same template like a cat, but  with different animals faces) do it impossible.

This site registered by Dennis Davoren.

I'm really in shock.

we did  post about  it in fb - https://www.facebook.com/xshdx/posts/307615553045364

I don't think you can achieve anything through shopify, they probably only use their backbone or license their shop web tech.

Actually, as already suggested you really need to get a lawyer involved. Make sure to make a copy of their website so you have an offline copy of all the images and product using your wife's artwork, screenshots with dates etc.

Good luck with this!

and on the shirt ironically is the line: "How do you copy" :)

Such a mess that you have to put so much effort in retrieving your rights as the original owner. hopefully you can scare em off. Good luck!
