Hey guys, I am new to using HRDI backgrounds and was attempting to teach myself. I have loaded the file in the scene but it appears very dark when i do an interactive render. Can't figure out what i'm doing wrong. Any ideas?

Thanks
Andy

In your "Scene" tab, in settings, change the "scene environment" selection. I'm guessing you have it set to the "Single map", when you're actually needing the "3Ds max settings (environment tab)" settings selected.

You can simply input your HDMI map into the "single map" slot for easier use...

Hey, unfortunately I have made sure 'Scene environment' is selected.

Can you share a screengrab of your Scene tab in the Render Setup, as that's where all the important settings are :)
