I'm just uploading the resulting animation via a support ticket (#192847) as it's confidential, but I've just rendered a test sequence and it flickers.  These are my settings, as far as I'm aware these should result in a flicker free animation

It seems that the support ticket is resolved. The solution was to use pre-computed cache, but it actually should not flicker in the first place.
I would bet on the visibility overrides and AI denoising (however I may be wrong).

Just a note: I never was able to render flicker free sequences (without pre-computed cache) using the default quality of 1. I always needed to raise it to 2.

Good Luck

Yep, all solved, pre-computed cache and fixing some dodgy geometry was the answer
