great atmosphere here. particularly like the way you've handled the overall vegetation, not too green and bright or dull.  mind sharing some info on your lighting as well?

Regarding how the scence was lit, I used an HDRI image available at CGskies, its free for download (see Image). Then I inserted a corona SUN with an intensity of 0.04 (see image). Gamma is set at 2.2 and I posted the render settings.

The scence was modeled in AutoCAD Architecture using the link option.

I used a grass clump and used corona scatter to distribute the grass plane, texture material is uploaded in the image. Tree material attached.

Nice work Alex. My Comment would be, the garage wooden doors, they seem either to strong or feels to large. :)
