I submit that I have encountered a problem and do not know what is due.
When I send a high resolution rendering (5000 px) distributed in a network with other computers, after a while these strips appear.
I have noticed that it is a problem that I alone use as the distributed rendering, is essential for these resolutions.
In the window rendering Distribut use these settings:
- Synchro Interval: 5 s
- Max pixels: 500000
- Search LAN During Rendering
I have the same problem with both V.6 and V.7
You know you help me?
thanks

Hi,
do they go away after a while?
-
Unfortunately no,
I noticed that appear after 500-600 passes and then remain there.
What is the reason?
-
I made over night 5000px test render reaching 900+ pases on network, and it is all good. Any details on network/render setup may help.

Hello,
I continue to have problems when launching a network and with high resolutions.
I send you some of the settings in case you manage to find something.
Thank you.

in A7 there will be a checkbox to dump files sent from slaves to disk, so you will be able to inspect which machine is causing troubles
-
Have you tried each slave in turn? Might highlight the problem. Also try increasing the time interval and reducing the amount of data sent in one hit?
-
At the moment I'm doing some tests.
According to you, with a 10/100/1000 network, one master and 10 slaves, what are the best parameters for the syncro interval and Max pixels to transfer?
thanks

The DRServer in A7 has the checkbox to store the images - if you can still reproduce the problem, could you send me some of the images it stores, when the problem appears?
-
Is the issue still happening in latest version?
-
Yes. I had it happened in last DR rendering in 3 of 15 images in job. Strangely it haven't happened in this scene before. Thin bright stripe.
-
hi,
are you willing to try assert build to pinpoint the issue?
