1920x1200, 158 pass and render time 1 hour. Applied modification Camera - CoronaCameraMod. But how to use Global camera settings (Depth of field)?! Help pls, thx)

try adjusting the f number in the camera modifier....
default f8.... try f2.8 or lower for more pronounced DOF... though you might have to increase the shutter speed value to get the exposure back on track.

Set as f-2,8 on the camera, without change

Now picture looks weird. Birds, that seemingly is the center of your composition, is out of focus and not interesting part of scene is focused. Not good :]

New test Dof (Depth of Field ) and f2,8 camera =). Render time 1 hour 30 min, 222 pass!

Still not clear where to look at. DOF isn't strong enough to understand that vase is on focus. And composition, like romullus said..

I am a newbie, the first scene  Corona and first test DOF!
