Don't know if it could be implemented like maxwell/fryrender/etc...
Multipliers divided per group light in the post processing tab or a tab integrated in the VFB

When Corona supports interactive rendering, this could probably be done easily with a standard light script.

Multilight will be tricky to do right (with no slowdown when not using it). So dont expect it in near future...
