We'd like to know more about that, as IR and everything else is working fine here (have been using nothing but 2023 since a day or two after we came out with that daily - though of course I am using a newer daily now). Can you explain what is meant by doesn't work, e.g. it's black, it doesn't start, it crashes, it locks up? Thanks!
