Hi Guys,

Its been a while since I post anything up in the gallery so here's a few images from a set I was working on in my spare time last week. Rendered using Corona obviously, and each image took between 2 and 3 hours to render at 3000px approx. It was also the first time i've used iToo Forest and was really happy with the way it preformed with Corona. Thanks for having a look. C and C welcome.

interiors are perfect! welldone.... the exteriors look a bit too artistic for me

I tend to agree with you. The interiors came up really well in my opinion. I don't do exteriors as much so they tend top end up more "artistic" than realistic. There was a lot of post (background, sky replacement, atmospheric haze and so on) done for the exteriors so in that sense, I guess its hard to get them looking realistic (I find it harder anyway).

I would say the paint-overs are only problematic in the second exterior, where it doesn't blend well with already quite static camera and causes missing depth. The other two exteriors seem quite fine to me, I wouldn't say they un-realistic. Otherwise job done well :- )

Hi Juraj,

The paintovers are a bit of a trait of my old pre-corona workflow. I'm finding more and more now that I really just should rely on corona and take more time building variations into my materials rather than adding them later in post....its a hard habit to break.

Only crit, is you have stretching on the wood panels in the interior shot. :)

Thanks for checking out my work. Just wondering where you see stretching? All the chipboard panels should be pretty evenly mapped...with some variance left in to avoid repetition.

It's almost perfect, however I would just change the mapping on the window studs. I think those are the ones in question in regards to the stretching, if you fix that, its perfect.

To me it seems like the wood texture is either compressed or stretched. I only noticed it, because I just had the same problems on some furniture I was mapping!. :)

Or its how the wood grain is on your texture and it gives the impression of stretching.
