Hi. :)
I am not an expert at all.
But the lightning is the problem because it maybe creates (you know better) so many dots which are noise? It is very obvious, specially on the fence.
If you work in archviz area, maybe you should put a woman instead or a couple - cause those are things that attract people rather than a common man walking by.
On the second picture there is a small detail - it looks like the chimney from the background object is intersecting the wall.
Apart from that, everything looks great.

Very nice renders.
The second image, I would remove the pole for the view,and may be pull the camera back and show some more of the surrounding.
Whats behind the building, trees building.just add a little context, I actually thought the lighting in the first image was very good.
A lot of the time it's not the modeling or rendering , it's the architecture..............

You re welcome. Well, not much to improve there, though.
Those are all cosmetic stuff except the dots. When it comes to that, customizing (making it unique) the windows, terrace, curtains, interior would make it better. Cheers.
