Done with 3ds Max,Corona and Photoshop.

Wow. The girl looks so real!
I thought it was a photo. One of the most realistic CG figure of one's back.

3D model maybe less work ? than 2D? (ironic)

3d scanned people for still images, look great.

Animated rigged scans, are sadly almost comical.
