As you can see, I have some problems with the green light under the paper. I'm using translucency and volumetrics, and a bit of self-illumination. The problem is the usage of fresnel under translucency: it's good for corners but doesnt transmit enaugh light. Do i need a multilayered material, maybe? Is it possible to add random dirt to all objects without ps?

Hi, I'm trying to render and animate a displaced brick. I've used a C4D brick shader in Corona beta1 and C4D 18.041. With Corona the edges are always jagged. In attach there are different displacement blur offset effects (very usefull also with bump https://forum.corona-renderer.com/index.php/topic,15518.msg98501.html#msg98501 ). I've attached also a version realized with the C4D displacer, but the geometry become too complex and render times are higher. Is there a solution to smooth edges in Corona displacement ?

A6.3 - Using the attached texture i've found that the bump seems inverted in the upper face of the cube. The c4d AR is more accurate.

Strange displacement result.

Hi,
i'm testing caustics using:

- corona sun+sky
- water with simple plane and material with reflection+refraction(caustic)+opacity+displacement+volume, cubic projection
- solids with a diffuse only material

- render engine bidir/vcm

I've noticed some fireflies that are connected with the kind of lightsource and material parameters. Are they phys correct?
