Hi everyone. After a week of hanging out here in the forum,I decided to do my own test and here are my first images using the engine. Thanks for viewing.
3D Max 2013
Corona Renderer Alpha v5
Photoshop
Settings used:
PT+HD Default settings
250 passes
Rendering Time- 55min - 1hr
3000px longer side

technically it's pretty well done.. but (for me) it's very very chaotic, it's hard to find any visual path (or a real eye catcher). Lighting, colors, and contrast is pretty much the same in the whole picture.

Wow, at last something that is not an interior or shader test. :)
I agree with DeadClown, it needs a bit more work on lighting and composition. But still, RESPECT!

It`s creative, but metal doesn`t look like metal, wrong IOR and diffuse is not turned off. And scratches bump should be negative in your case )

Oh my... That is awesome! I'd play a bit more with the lighting to pinpoint some areas, cause as DeadClown said in some renders it looks a bit chaotic and nothing really stands out. But overall it's very convincing :)

@Celes- thanks! And thanks for giving me the idea about the existing material converter script. Like you said, it's a good start and from there; I just tweaked it what I think worked with my scene. :)
