Please take the time and try the following:
-Perform a full uninstall of Corona through your control panel add/remove programs, make sure Corona is completely uninstalled from your system and no Corona Renderer files are present in C:/Program Files, no Corona related files in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 20**\Plugins and in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 20**\scripts, also C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 20**\scripts\Startup
-Remove anything from C:\Users\_username_\AppData\Local\CoronaRenderer that is corona related. And make sure that Corona...dlr-dlt are not in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 20**\Plugins .
-Try and update your Windows to the latest version.
-Open your 3ds Max, navigate to the main toolbar Customize > Configure User and System Paths > 3rd Party Plugins, and please make sure that C:\Program files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2021\Plugins\ is set properly as your main path.
-Perform a new installation, you can also consider an offline installation if there are any errors. (

-Please make sure that NET Framework 4.8 is installed -
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48 as well as Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 -
https://www.microsoft.com/pl-pl/download/details.aspx?id=48145-If the above fails, try and rename the ENU folder to ENU_Old (C:\Users\***Username***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\20** - 64bit\ENU).
