Hello I am testing the corona and I ended up with a problem that is when I am using the IR it uses all the paging memory of the system until the cororona hangs n in my case uses 150 gb and locks the machine .. but only when I use the ir , each move or change it adds some gb to the paging file.

Hi,

This sounds like it could be a memory leak.

1) Which version of Corona and 3ds Max are you using?

2) Are you able to send over your scene so we can investigate. Instructions on how to do this are in my signiture.

3) Please post everything in English (including the title) on the forums

Cheers,

Rowan

Hello, Rowan, this happens with any scene, I am using max 2020 (student) and I downloaded the trial version to try the corona 5, if I create a box and start using IPR it starts adding gb in the windows pagination a each IPR update. I have to close the max and reopen to clear the memory.
thanks

Gilberto.

Hi,

Thanks for the information. Can I ask you to make sure that your version of 3ds Max is fully up to date?

Can I also ask if you had any previous version of Corona installed previously?

If so it could be worth completely uninstalling Corona and also removing the files in: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\CoronaRenderer then reinstalling Corona and seeing if that helps.

Thanks,

Rowan
