Ok so I'm working in a scene everything was fine, rendering fine etc.  Now whenever I press render it just renders black.  Interactive renders fine - using RC7

In daily builds topic some users has found that it might be related to bloom&glare and portals. Try to turn off those features if they are on and see if that helps.

Cheers - i did upgrade to RC8 but that was even worse - lighting came back but gave loads of random black artefacts.  Now back on RC5 and everything is working fine.

Deleting the portals isn't really an option if they speed up the rendering of interiors as indicated in the documentation
