Update before the end of the year,

New winter shots added. Hope you like it! :)

This is our first post and literally first project where we had chance to deal more in depth with Corona, after deciding to give a try last year. It is a personal, non-commercial projected, started as intention to stay  away for a while from this "great contemporary white Scandinavian look", which we are all bombarded every day.
Inspiration came from  an architectural book, called "Hide and Seek"  where our attention was grabbed by this hidden in the woods gem.
It is intended to be ongoing project, and each season an image will be created.

Level of realism, might not be at the desired level, but there is immense amount of effort put into recreating it from photos, and trying to mimic site, vegetation. Will leave to your judgement as artist to give us hints about materials, and look! Will be much appreciated!

Until then - enjoy!

Strange nobody replies to these stunning images.

All the views give such a good atmosphere and nothing is overdone but very honest and well chosen compositions, color schemes, detailing and shading (trees could have some more attention though).

There are some flaws\lacks in the background fillings and some tree branches look oddly but overall very nice. It does look that some region rendering isn't handled well in the first image where the foreground tree is. But then again, overall it looks very good to me.

Thanks for kind words.
Appreciate the comments about vegetation. It is not something we are not proud of, so will eventually redo the trees  completely.
This project would be developed in time for polishing skills in Corona mostly with realism of materials.
It all started before d2 Conference this August, so were tempted to showcase the project to the community rather than polish it-deadlines, bad habit....:)
Great to see a lot of the professionals keep pushing the boundaries, thus inspiring and motivating artist to broaden focus, and do not confine only to regular archviz stuff.
Next one to be done and posted is a winter image, so stay tuned.

A new Winter  image with a hint of color grading, inspired by  a movies watched yesterday. Know it is not perfect in terms of materials, and properly generated snow, but would be happy if someone share his insights about  making snow. Tried with particles... so slowwwww. :)
