[Max] I need help! / TDP is lower during the render then during stress test

Hello community! Hello Corona Team!
I'd like to ask you, who knows why could be TDP lower during the render then during stress test. I render on R7 3700x and during render it consumes 65 watts of power but when I do a stress test - up yo 90W. How to increase power for rendering? it's 1.5 times less then I could get (in Corona settings set up unlimited cores and treads)
At the moment I use 45 days demo license because of clear windows instalation.
P.S. Anyway, I figured it out. I sat all day and realized that the downloaded tree because of the materials was very slow to render the entire scene, so the renderer was not working at full capacity
