Hi all,

how can we use normal map and reduce the strength (It's set to linear color profil) or there is a bug with Corona A6.2? I also noticed that the direction of tex is different at some part.
p.s. and if anyone can share usable sample C4D material with working strength for normal map? :)

I also really struggle with normal maps and basic bump maps as well. I would say this is definitely Corona for C4Ds weakest area. Sorry I cant help but I think many of us have run in to issues with it which hopefully is a good thing and they can do a robust fix soon.

Yes,I have the same problem,It just doesn't works.Wishing that corona will fix this in next beta version,this is really so BASIC things for any render engine,how can we get rid of using a normal in renders?

Hi, I am sorry for such late reply. We already fixed it in internal upcomming version and we are backporting it to Alpha 6 that CoronaC4D A6.3 can be released next week. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, we are fixing the last (I hope) problem with the normal map now so I believe we can manage to release A6.3 tomorrow.
