If you start the IPR and either rotate the sky or change the U/V offsets in the material tag, you have to restart the IPR to get an updated rendering.

Daily Beta from Dec, 21 plus R19 on Win 10.

I checked it here, R18 (and still Win10), it only works after restarting the IR after a change.

I have the same issues when rotating the Sky object. Have to restart IR to get an update. Running Windows 10 Pro, C4D R18.

I can confirm the problem. The Sky rotates in the viewport and in the IPR but the lighting does not update unless you restart the IPR itself.
