I ve just met a problem that one item is missing when I render the scene in the Corona VFB, but I can see it in the region render. Where is the object?

Not likely related but sounds like an issue with camera visibility and/or render selection include/exclude or viewport selection.

Please check at your render settings > scene > render selected what mode you have.  Next, you might want to check your object properties and see if your object is "ticked" for Visible to Camera.

Lastly, select your Corona Camera and see if the object is included in the exclusion list of your "Object visibility". On a side note are you using camera clipping?

Hey George thanks for your reply first.

1. I just checked my camera and object settings, and there seems no include/exclude options in Corona camera of C4D.

2. I'm sure that the object are visible to both the preview and the render view. It's not ticked.

I finally solved this problem by copying the same object from another scene. But I still wonder what I did wrong.

There seems that something is wrong with the upload system, and maybe you haven't received my file. But I just uploaded it again through the Dropbox, and the file is named Problem.rar

Marking this as resolved. For those interested, the missing object was caused by a keyframe on the object being copied. With that removed, it now works as expected.
