Have you tried lowering the delta % also?

"Delta is a scaling factor to use in sampling the noise for evaluating the slope that is to be used in the bump channel. This allows you to get very sharp bump with minute detail."

Hi there, try turning off "fast preview denoise during render" in the performance settings. This should do the trick for you! ;)

The bump is still acting weird for me when using noise, the only time that it has looked nice was in "Build 2018-12-14" when the new bump was introduced but then the 3d mapping did'nt work.

in Build 2019-01-02 the bump looks more like the noise were in the diffuse-channel exactly like all versions before "Build 2018-12-14"

Hi, can you share some examples of what you mean when you say "weird"?

If I understand you correctly, your colour image goes in the diffuse texture slot and the black and white alpha map guess in the opacity texture slot. The alpha map, what is black is transparent and what is white is retained. Like this stock photo example ;) Sing out if you need further assistance.

Hi, after some recent tests with another colleague we have notice this strange behavior with the appearance of proxies. From my tests the last usable version is RC4 or B2 from our download page. The cube scene renders just fine for me (after I made the default renderer to Corona). The room scene renders black because the textures/paths are missing. When you save the scene, choose save 'project with assets'. Otherwise, others will get the same result.

So I reasigned the directories of the textures and now it renders out in colour, thank you! However in a new project like the cube when I apply a corona material and proceed to open the VFB, after pressing Render it just opens the picture viewer. Pressing interactive renderer works though so I should be alright from now on. Thanks again!

In Cinema's preference settings, go to the Corona tab (at the bottom) you can choose if you want it to render to the PV or VFB as default. Hope that helps.

is this section was changed for cinema too?

"Corona Renderer for Cinema 4D - General" seems like the section to me. ;)
