Hi Jadefox

Thank you for nice comment. The light setup was quite simple. I tried as always HDRI setup but finaly decided to use native SUN&SKY Corona system. I really like Corona sky PRG Clear Sky options: turbidity and attitude which are very powerfull to create wide range light variations. In this case I decided to add quite advanced postpro for this project so in this case I even made not too much contrasting render to keep possibility to play with it in postpro. Moreover from beginning idea I was going to add vivid and strong blue sky so everything was flying around that concept.

Neb

RAW render vs final postpro and sun&sky setup.

Hi there!

Personal project "Dark Water" created as full CGI renderings. I used mostly 3d scans to make entire set scenes setups and obtain dark realistic scary mood. I was enjoying a lot to work without sketches just play with free flow of my mindand improvising to go from overall ideas to details.

Tools: Cinema 4D, Corona renderer, Adobe Photoshop, Camera RAW.

Hi there!

I would like to share my new project - Frozen Scapes. Long exposure photography mood recreated by full 3d scene. I was trying to do this from time to time during last two years with different projects but now made it seriously with new Corona 9.
Here is a link to Behance topic with more views and some "behind the scenes" short video.
I used mostly quixel megascans objects and textures. All scenes created with Cinema 4D and Corona 9. Postpro with Photoshop and Camera RAW.

Thank you! It's difficult to assess time. I was working on this project beside regular commercial work. I think it was about two months.

Hi There

I would like to introduce new personal project and deep attempt to check new rendering possibilities tested through full CGI generated dark interior scene.
I wanted to go beyond a typical interior visualization and create something focused on diverse mood, details and take care of the light nuances and so varied effects.
I neede something more to add to entire set little story, little weird aspect. The dog is the element which introduces life into the scenes in a slightly surreal way. It's the element combining the entire set of views in a certain way. When I was add the dog to first test composition render I was quickly sure that it's it what I need. The second funny factor was typewriter and the message related to a lot of typewriter papers here and there. In my opinion every good 3d rendered image is born when light touches good and refined materials. No shortcuts. No fakes. When you feel that your scene kills your workstation during rendering process it's mean that you are on right way.
As always this project was created to practise skills, for fun and was born out of passiont to CGI.

Hi!

I sent scene "Fire.zip. via uploader. I spotted very sharp and repetitive fireflies behavior. It looks very interesting. Please find "manual" below :) :

- please start render, fireflies will appear on wood floor with displacement.
- please turn off 2.5 displacement feature - no fireflies in render
- with 2.5 displacement ON fireflies appear when HDRI map for environment light is used and also for regular Corona sky emvironment light

After quite deep investigation of my scene I discovered that fireflies are appear when volume material for environment fog is used but... not exactly. Please take a look into Cinema Scene Environment tag. There is Corona volume material linked in Volume/global volume slot. This feature causes fireflies when 2.5 displacement is ticked ON. Now the best part :) EVEN if Corona volume material is in global volume slot linked but global volume is ticked OFF fireflies appear !!! It doesn't matter if global volume is ON or OFF, fireflies feels good. Only when Corona material is removed from global volume slot ( not from scene ) fireflies won't say "Hello". When 2.5 displacement is OFF any volume material combination works good so far.

You can find in my scene both light environment objects for tests ( HDRI and Corona Sky ) and also just for sure I attached my modified volume material and also default one in materials window.
I hope that it will helpful to fix this bug ( ??? ) or maybe I  did something wrong.

Best regards
Marcin
