Check out this video


It only happens when the rendering viewport is PhysicalCamera.
My temporary solution; put a CoronaCameraMod modifier on the PhysicalCam. (you can see in the video)

using Windows 10 + Max16 SP3 + Corona 1.4

note to self: confirmed, REFMSG_REPARSE_EVERYTHING gets fired every time because motion blur interval does not match

As mentioned in the daily builds thread, this happens in RC4 (maybe in other RCs) on a standard camera with CoronaCameraMod applied, too.
