I want to get only the shadows of the scene on a transparent background without anything else, just the shadows.
How can i reach it ?

It's simple. Assign shadow catcher material to plane that receive shadow, set alpha mode to "for compositing", assign ray switcher material to object that should cast shadow, unplug material from all slots but global illumination and you're good to go.

Thank you very much. Just the confusing part for me is : "unplug material from all slots but global illumination"

Actually I'm worse at understanding :D
Thats why, then I realized only upon opening the scene attached, very kind of yours to create the scene..
