Hi,
I've been trying to use DR on my servers which i use for DR purpose. Whenever i try to use DR, it loads the scene in the RAM, CMD windows loads up and after few seconds it crashes.
I am also attaching screenshots. Any suggestions and help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Chek if the scene will open on the node PC. It might be some plugin that crashes max on distant pc.

Please do the following:
-see this article if you haven't yet: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000501666

-clear the whole content of DrData folder which you can find where your DrServer is installed
-run unsuccessful rendering again
-send us the freshly-created content of the DrData folder

If you prefer, we can switch to our helpdesk: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

The scene opens fine on distant PC without any errors or warning.

Thanks, I'll check that. Is Backburner must on node PC in order to DR to run ?

It should be on both. And the same version

2. Autodesk Backburner version matching your 3ds Max version - it is included in 3ds Max installation package, or can be downloaded and installed separately. You need to have the exact version matching your 3ds Max version (for example Backburner 2016 for 3ds Max 2016).

You can chek them if they match by going to C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk\Backburner\server.exe Right click -> details -> file version

I checked again It wasn't installed before on my main PC. I'll install it now and run the DR again and let you know. Thanks

Thanks for your support, I got it working now. It was Backburner issue.
